01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are processed within 5 to 15 minutes, while transfers to Malaysian bank accounts take between 30 minutes to 2 hours on business days.

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30.00 per transaction.
• All withdrawal requests must use the same payment method as the original deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the to288 team.
• Full identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal is approved.
